About this case

A Torah case in a polished gold finish whose whole body is cut like lace — rich scrollwork and a fine geometric web with a Magen David at its center.

The two doors close with a pair of latches, and the pale interior shows through the openwork in a soft contrast with the gold. Blue stones are set along the scrolls, and bands of Magen David lattice and engraved lines circle the case above and below.

The head is a crown with an engraved inscription on its band, flanked by two rising Magen David finials — precise metalwork with a regal presence.
